APS eLearning: Adoption and Benefits
User Adoption Stages
Ensuring Participation Drives Results
An investment in the APS curriculum is an investment in patient safety and risk reduction. Hospitals and systems that have enjoyed the greatest impact worked to ensure the participation of their clinicians in the courses.
APS has several proven methods for increasing course usage by clinicians. These include internal marketing campaigns, early identification of champions, demonstration projects with units, and other methods of helping clinicians understand the benefits of APS training.
Hospitals often tie the APS curriculum completion to privileges. There are also a number of incentive programs that APS has set in place with medical malpractice insurers. To discuss adoption and benefits realization approaches for your organization, please contact info@aps-web.com.
