APS Litigation Support
“APS harnesses the intricacies of both technology and medicine to make jurors lean forward in their chairs.”
Highlights
"Jurors were on the edge of their seats because of the illustration boards. My expert was great in his testimony and this was greatly attributed to the quality of the exhibits."
--Attorney Edward HincheySloane and Walsh LLP

APS Demonstrative Evidence Group contributes to judgment for the defense in over 94% of the cases we participate in, as compared to the national average of 73%. Additionally, those insurers who work most closely with APS enjoy a win rate of up to 97%. APS has helped influence verdicts for the defense team or assisted in achieving case dismissals, even in difficult cases such as shoulder dystocia.
In the courtroom, key witnesses are often confronted with the difficult task of clarifying complex medical matters to a jury of laypeople, struggling to convey their information in a manner that the jury can understand. APS uses proven visual strategies, along with exhibits created to illustrate or clarify clinical situations, to empower witnesses as they speak to juries. APS works closely with the defense team to create a compelling jury education strategy, and follows up with high-quality case-specific medical illustrations, x-ray enhancements, and multimedia presentations to complement expert testimony.
